Terms & Conditions — dwi88 Platform Rules

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the dwi88 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the Player's use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. dwi88 operates a strict 21+ policy across all products and all markets. Players who are found to be underage will have their accounts immediately closed and any funds returned subject to identity verification.
• Jurisdiction: The Platform is primarily directed at players residing in Indonesia. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing the Platform does not violate any law, regulation, or ordinance applicable in your country or region of residence.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons acting under guardianship or whose legal capacity is restricted by court order are not permitted to register.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or contractor of dwi88 or any of its affiliated entities or software suppliers.

To access the full range of services offered by dwi88, you must register a Player Account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You undertake to promptly update this information should any of it change.

Upon registering, you will select a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. dwi88 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify dwi88 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorized third party.

• All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. Accounts registered using false, misleading, or third-party information will be suspended without notice.
• Each Player is permitted to register only one Account per household, device, and IP address. Duplicate accounts detected by our systems will be closed and any balances forfeited.
• dwi88 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
• Account registration does not create a contractual obligation on dwi88 to accept any wager or process any transaction until KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed.

dwi88 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests above defined thresholds, and reserves the right to request verification at any time. This process — commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) — exists to protect Players, prevent fraud, and meet the anti-money laundering obligations applicable under the Platform's international operating license.

You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identity document (Indonesian KTP, passport, or SIM).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit (a photo of your bank card, a screenshot of your e-wallet profile, or a bank statement showing your name).
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, if required for enhanced due diligence.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 14 calendar days of a request will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges. If KYC is not completed within 30 calendar days, dwi88 reserves the right to close the Account and return the verified deposited balance to the original funding source, less any bonuses claimed.

All Account balances on dwi88 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). dwi88 supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of local Indonesian payment channels including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time at dwi88's discretion.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, however deposits above Rp 50.000.000 may require additional verification.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time for most payment methods. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 10 minutes to reflect during off-peak hours.
• dwi88 does not charge any deposit processing fee. Fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are beyond our control and are borne by the Player.
• Only deposit from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be reversed and may trigger an account review.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB) are typically processed within 15 minutes. Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed within 4 hours.
• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is approved. dwi88 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal at its discretion.
• Withdrawals of Bonus winnings are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement having been fully met. Withdrawal requests that would reduce the Account balance below an active Wagering Requirement threshold will be queued until the requirement is satisfied.
• dwi88 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in installments if necessary to manage liquidity.

dwi88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a promotion's specific terms expressly state otherwise:

• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once, unless the promotion's specific terms state that it is a recurring offer.
• Bonus credits are not withdrawable. Only winnings generated from wagering Bonus credits — and only after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met — may be withdrawn as real funds.
• The standard Wagering Requirement for deposit match bonuses is 20x the combined value of the deposit and the bonus amount, unless the promotion states a different multiplier.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within 14 calendar days of the Bonus being credited. Uncompleted bonuses will be forfeited at expiry.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games contribute 10%; video poker contributes 20%. Game-specific contribution rates are published in the Promotions section of the Platform.
• dwi88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

• Any Player found to be exploiting bonuses through systematic low-risk wagering strategies (commonly referred to as "bonus abuse") will have their bonus voided and their Account flagged for review.

All games and betting markets on the dwi88 Platform are operated using certified, independently audited random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, via real-time video feeds from regulated studio environments. dwi88 does not manipulate game outcomes and publishes return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles.

• All bets are final once confirmed. dwi88 will not reverse a confirmed wager except in cases of manifest error on the Platform's part.
• In the event of a technical failure mid-game or mid-bet, the round will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's balance. If a technical failure occurs after a game outcome has been determined but before it has been communicated to the Player, the determined outcome will stand.
• Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as declared by the governing body. dwi88 reserves the right to void bets on events where the result is found to have been manipulated or where the integrity of the market has been compromised.
• For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, if one leg is void, the bet will be recalculated as if that leg were never included. The remaining legs continue to stand.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all products and all markets. These limits are displayed within the game or market interface and are subject to change at dwi88's discretion.
• dwi88 offers local game categories including togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and virtual sabung ayam (cockfighting simulation). Specific product rules for these categories are published within each game's interface.

dwi88 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We offer a full suite of player protection tools accessible directly from the Account dashboard. Players are encouraged to use these tools to manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications when you have been logged in for a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.

• Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to multi-accounting, matched betting through internal markets, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds derived from fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized sources.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's software, servers, or network infrastructure.
• Engaging in harassment, threatening behavior, or abusive communication directed at dwi88 staff or other Players.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention method.

Where prohibited conduct results in financial gain to the Player, dwi88 reserves the right to void all relevant bets and winnings and to withhold any balance pending investigation. Confirmed cases of fraud will be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

All content on the dwi88 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, database structures, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of dwi88 or its licensed suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any such intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Platform content for any purpose without the prior written consent of dwi88. Unauthorized use of the dwi88 brand, logo, or game assets constitutes an infringement of our intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dwi88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical failures, network interruptions, or Force Majeure events.
• Loss of data or Account access resulting from actions within the Player's own control, including loss of login credentials.
• Financial losses resulting from wagering decisions made by the Player.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja.
• Any loss arising from the Player's reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional content.

dwi88's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dwi88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
• Extended periods of Account inactivity (defined as 12 consecutive months of no login activity). Inactive accounts may be subject to an administrative fee of Rp 25.000 per month after the 12-month threshold, deducted from any remaining balance.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unvested bonuses) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after satisfactory KYC verification, within 5 business days.

The dwi88 Platform operates under an international gaming license. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dwi88 holds its operating license. By using the Platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms.

Notwithstanding the above, dwi88 acknowledges that its primary Player base consists of residents of Indonesia. It is each Player's individual responsibility to ascertain whether accessing or using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. dwi88 makes no representation that the services offered on the Platform are legal or appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising between a Player and dwi88 that cannot be resolved through the support channel should be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute — [Account Username]". dwi88 will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and aim to provide a resolution within 20 business days.

dwi88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, dwi88 will notify active Players via the email address registered to their Account and will publish the updated version on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of an updated version of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to arrange Account closure. dwi88 recommends reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
